It’s your magazine, we would love to hear from you

We would be pleased if you could send us your articles, letters and photographs, or write in with your views on any matter or with your memories or anecdotes.

We would love to hear about what you are doing after life in the Service, or your memories of the past. You all have memories and most of you have even just one photograph from your past in that box or album that never gets opened…!

If you do not have the means to copy photographs, we are happy to copy them and return them to you, or you can send us scanned high resolution digital images. These need to be scanned to a resolution of at least 300 dpi. We can also convert your old negatives and slides.

You can email the Editor, Alan House, at alanhouse.xhfrs@virginmedia.com to submit content or mail it, in any format, for him to finalise for printing.
