The Hope Programme
The Fire Fighters Charity also runs the ‘Hope Programme’, an innovative online mental health course.
Covering topics such as: managing stress, smarter goal setting, gratitude, character strengths, physical activity, eating well, coping with fatigue, practicing mindfulness, communication and relationships, the free, six-week online group self-management programme, will help participants to feel more in control and more resilient.
